Since 2016, she has been leading the Aftermarket Product and Services teams in developing new avionics, connectivity, performance, interiors, and digital offerings as well as optimizing Bombardier’s vast Aftermarket portfolio. Elza is passionate about innovation and new areas of emerging technologies in aviation.
