With over 20 years commercial experience in the international IT services sector, Carl Henriksen is CEO of the UK-based MSP, OryxAlign. His early career in sub-Saharan Africa exposed him to the technical challenges of IT engineering and support, where he learned the importance of delivering excellent service, underpinned by a valued supply chain that operated efficiently. He relocated to the UK in 1996 and earned his spurs over the next decade operating in the IT services and support sector as a senior technical account manager and client services director.
Craig Galbraith is the editorial director for Channel Futures and Channel Partners, joining the team in 2008. Before that, he spent more than 11 years as an anchor, reporter and managing editor in television newsrooms in North Dakota and Washington state. Craig is a proud Husky, having graduated from the University of Washington.
