His extensive career has included sales and management roles at leading animal science companies, including leading sales for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a degree from the University of Sioux Falls.

Juan Suarez oversees strategic initiatives aimed at capturing growth opportunities, expanding the company's global presence, and investing in R&D to develop innovative applications. Suarez holds a Ph.D. in Poultry Nutrition from Texas A&M University.

Sarah Muirhead is managing director of the Farm Progress Livestock Group, which brings together BEEF magazine, National Hog Farmer and Feedstuffs. She has more than 40 years of editorial and communication experience in the feed industry and animal agriculture. Sarah grew up directly involved in her family’s seed and pork production operation.
