Marian is the Head of ESG Stewardship and chair of the firm’s proxy voting committee. She is responsible for oversight of the firm’s corporate engagement efforts. Prior to joining Parnassus in 2022, Ms. Macindoe was the Head of ESG Strategy and Engagement at Uber Technologies. She acted as the Director of Investment Stewardship at Charles Schwab.
