Azhar Sayeed

Azhar Sayeed is responsible for shaping Telecom, Media and Entertainment Strategy for Red Hat. He leads a technology and architecture team that defines solutions and offers with the Red Hat product portfolio including Red Hat OpenShift and partner products. Azhar works with Red Hat’s customers and partners in the Telecom Media and Entertainment space to guide them as they go through their digital transformation and deploy net technologies such as 5G and AI/ML. Prior to joining Red Hat, Azhar spent 17 years at Cisco Systems, Inc., most recently as a Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering. In that role, Azhar developed system architectures and cloud-based solutions. He is an active participant and contributor to industry forums and open source communities.
