Andrew is the Senior Director of 5G Product Engineering at Quanta Computer and Quanta Cloud Technology. Prior his current role, Andrew held multiple key design engineering and management positions in AWS, Dell, NVIDIA and NetApp. He has been successfully delivering world's leading compute infrastructure innovations for over 20 years, including server and power systems empowering the largest clouds of the world.

Rachel Shih is the associate manager of product management at Quanta Cloud Technology, responsible for the end-to-end product ownership of private 5G solutions. She has been successfully rollout the private 5G to empower the diversified verticals on industrial digital transformation journey with worldwide strategic partners and alliances.

Jessica Chuang serves as Business Development for QCT, where she is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating for QCT Enterprise 5G solution as well as building and promoting MANO solution with partners for Telecom Operators.

Prior to her role with QCT, Jessica Chuang was an Industrial Analyst and Think-Tank in Telecommunications field to provide the consultancy service for Taiwanese Government.

Rachel Chu is the associate manager of product manager, and alliance manager at Quanta Cloud Technology, leading the team responsible for building NFVI OpenStack, and cloud native reference architectures with partners including Intel, Red Hat, Wind River, and Robin.io. Rachel's role in QCT also involves nurturing strategic alliances and product go-to-market activities.
