Kelly leads the strategy for solutions, business development and strategic partnerships for intelligent edge solutions at Red Hat. She is a transformation strategist who partners with executives to drive client-centric transformation. Over the past 20 years, she has dedicated her professional career to breaking down barriers and delivering holistic solutions that improve the associate and customer experience.

Kelly was previously the Senior Vice President for Re-engineering at Citi, where she was at the forefront of transformation in the financial services industry - leveraging emerging technologies and leading both the bank and its retail partners to envision the next generation of embedded banking.
Kelly has received numerous awards, including Transformation Leader of the Year in the 2018 Women in IT Awards
