Howard Wu is the Global Head of Telecom and the General Manager for QCT USA. He leads a worldwide organization responsible for the Telecom business as well as managing the Americas region supporting business lines across Cloud, Solutions and Enterprise.

Ulysses Lu is the telco solution business development team leader of QCT. He is an innovative business development savvy with lean manufacturing and product management professional with over 12 years in IT business.

With over 30 years of experience in the Telecom and Enterprise arena, Michael has driven strategic development programs for Ericsson and Huawei in the CTO office with emphasis on services and network solution-led business including national and international carrier alliances, solution and channel partnering for telecom and enterprise markets. As a key part of a $36b annual revenue business at Quanta, QCT empowers our customers by providing an open foundation of 5G core and edge solutions backed by a full ecosystem of software application partners supporting virtualized functions and orchestration delivered as an integrated package. At QCT, Michael formulates strategic business programs, partnering and solution portfolios with an emphasis on next-generation wireless and virtual network solutions and services for carriers and large enterprises.
